All sales are final. Due to strict feline health, hygiene, and sanitary safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of every product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us at support@vunelio.com within 14 days of delivery with photos or video so our team can immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.
