This website is operated by Vunelio Pets ("Vunelio", "we", "us", or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vunelio Pets. By accessing or using our website, or purchasing any product, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and all referenced policies.

2. Eligibility & Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You agree not to use our products or Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our feline play systems.

4. All Sales Are Final & Defect Warranty

All sales are final. Due to feline health, hygiene, and sanitary safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer remorse, preference, or non-defective reasons once items are shipped. We do not offer trial periods.

Our exclusive remedy for defective merchandise is governed by our Order & Defect Replacement Policy. If your item arrives broken, defective, or with missing components, contact support@vunelio.com within 14 days of delivery with photo or video verification for an immediate free replacement or full refund.

5. US Geographic Shipping Restriction

We ship exclusively to domestic addresses within the 50 United States via USPS Priority Mail. We do not accept orders or ship to destinations outside the United States. Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Order Cancellations

Because orders enter automated processing rapidly, cancellations or address adjustments are accepted only within 2 hours of order placement. After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled once warehouse picking and packing have commenced.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and product photography, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vunelio Pets and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Except for our express 14-Day Defect & Damage Protection Warranty, our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available". In no case shall Vunelio Pets, our officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
